4. Our prices can change at any time. New rates apply immediately after they are updated.
5. Delivery times for services are only estimates. While we do our best to meet expectations, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times and will not refund processing orders if they seem delayed.
6. If you feel an order is taking too long, please reach out—however, refunds for processing orders are not guaranteed.
7. We always aim to deliver what’s promised, but if we need to make changes to the type of service you ordered to fulfill your request, we reserve the right to do so.

General Policies

4. By creating an account, you may receive promotional messages from us. You can unsubscribe anytime via the provided link or by opening a support ticket.

Orders Execution Policy

1. We do not allow orders for illegal, hateful, gambling, or adult content, or social media accounts that violate platform guidelines.
2. Your social media profile or page must be public before placing an order.
3. Once an order is placed, it cannot always be canceled. If you need to cancel, please open a support ticket; the decision will be at our discretion.
4. Each order comes with a unique Order ID for reference.
5. Guarantees apply only to services marked with “Refill” (where we replace dropped followers/likes/views within a set time). Other services come without guarantees.
6. We guarantee only the number of followers, likes, or views ordered, not your total overall count.
7. For example: If you order 1,000 followers but already have 500, we guarantee the 1,000 you ordered, not a combined 1,500.
8. If you change your profile name, delete your account, or make your profile private during an order, you may lose your guarantee, and no refund will be issued.
9. Do not use multiple panels or services at the same time for the same link. Wait for one order to finish before placing another.
10. Place a new order only after your previous one is completed, refilled, canceled, or partially filled.
11. The starting number for your order is based on what you submit and mark as completed after the requested quantity is delivered.
12. No refunds are issued for completed orders.
13. If your page already has over 10,000 followers/likes/views before ordering, refills are not guaranteed since it’s difficult to track the source of any loss.
14. We only guarantee delivery of subscribers, likes, or views—not engagement or interaction with your content.
15. We do not guarantee the speed, timing, or outcome of services. Timeframes are estimates and can vary.
16. If you delete your page/account, change your username, or make your profile private after ordering, you forfeit your guarantee and refund rights.
